Tuesday January 24- Using your Mortar and Pestle
If you are interested in making your own pesto, dry rubs and curries this class will offer it all!
Recipes will include- Spiced Leg of Lamb with a Pesto Sauce and Curried Mussels.
Tuesday February 7- Cooking for 2…?
Strawberries, Beef Tenderloin, Risotto- Fun and Games and tips on how to cook together.
Tuesday March 13 (March break???)- The IRISH are coming!!!

Tuesday April 17- LADIES NIGHT, Detoxing to Indulging
We will be inviting friends to share their knowledge-The Naturopath, The Massage Therapist and the Aestitician. Will also include champagne!
Tuesday May 8- MENS NIGHT- Charcoal vs Gas Grilling and BBQ’ing- looking to take this event off-site and invite everyone to sample 3 different cuts of beef- with their favourite sauces and marinades. It could be a grill off
