Volunteers and participants are being recruited to participate in the VON Simcoe County's SMART (Senior's Maintaining Active Roles Together) Program. There is no cost to participate or train. This 12 week program is held in the senior's home or community locations. No experience necessary, all training and education provided. Program is held once weekly for one hour, various locations throughout Simcoe County, or in the participants home.
